Last Updated: June 18, 2026
GrabFuture LLC ("GrabFuture", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our AI consulting web application and related services (the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect several types of information from and about users of our Service, including:
1.1. Account Information: When you register for the Service, you authenticate using your Google account. We collect your name, email address, profile picture, and unique Google identifier provided by Google OAuth.
1.2. Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment transactions are processed entirely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store or collect your raw credit card numbers or banking details on our servers. Stripe provides us with limited, non-sensitive transaction data (such as the last four digits of your card, card type, expiration date, and billing postal code).
1.3. User Content and Chat Logs: We collect the text inputs you type into the chat interface ("User Content") and the corresponding text, diagrams, or structured responses generated by the AI ("Outputs") to provide and maintain the Service.
1.4. Usage Data and Technical Information: We automatically collect information about how you interact with our Service. This includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, device information, access times, pages viewed, and the referring website address.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data for various purposes, including:
- To Provide and Maintain the Service: To authenticate your account, process your subscriptions via Stripe, and deliver AI-generated consulting insights.
- To Improve and Optimize the Service: To detect, prevent, and address technical issues, fix bugs, and train or optimize our underlying AI models to provide higher quality responses.
- To Process Payments: To facilitate monthly subscription billing and manage subscription statuses through Stripe.
- To Communicate with You: To send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support messages via your registered email address.
- Anonymized and Aggregated Data Utilization: As detailed in our Terms of Service, we may sanitize, de-identify, and aggregate User Content and Outputs to create "Anonymized Data". We use this Anonymized Data in an abstract, high-level, and summarized format for academic research, white papers, video content, and marketing materials. This data does not contain any personal information or confidential business secrets that could identify you or your organization.
3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information only under the following circumstances:
3.1. Third-Party Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting providers, infrastructure services, AI processing APIs, and our payment processor (Stripe). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as instructed by us.
3.2. Legal Compliance: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with legal obligations, protect and defend the rights or property of GrabFuture, or protect the personal safety of users.
4. International Data Transfers
GrabFuture is based in Japan. The information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Japan, the United States, or any other country where our third-party service providers (such as cloud hosting and AI infrastructure providers) maintain facilities.
If you are accessing our Service from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that we implement appropriate legal safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission) to ensure your personal data receives an adequate level of protection wherever it is processed.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, including providing the Service, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, and enforcing our agreements.
If your 10-day free trial expires and you do not upgrade to a paid plan, we will retain your chat history in a read-only state for your convenience. If you request the deletion of your account, we will permanently delete or anonymize your personal data and User Content from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe, unless legally required to retain it.
6. Children's Privacy
Our Service is strictly intended for business professionals and is not directed to individuals under the age of sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a user under 16, we will take immediate steps to delete such information from our records.
7. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR, CCPA, and APPI)
Depending on your location, you may have specific rights regarding your personal data under global regulations such as the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), and the Japanese Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI). These rights may include:
- The Right to Access: You have the right to request copies of your personal data held by us.
