Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") stipulate the conditions of use for the services (including TESSACRET) provided by GrabFuture LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
1. Application and Agreement
These Terms apply to all users who use this service. By registering for or starting to use this service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
2. Account Registration and Management
Users shall manage their accounts and login information at their own responsibility. The Company shall not be liable for any damages caused by unauthorized use, etc.
3. Payment and Usage Fees
Usage fees and payment methods for paid plans shall follow the separately stipulated pricing plans. Payments are processed through an external payment gateway (Stripe). Pro-rata refunds for cancellations during the period are not provided.
4. Prohibited Acts
Unauthorized access, analysis activities such as decompilation, acts that hinder the operation of our services, and other acts that violate laws and public order and morals are prohibited.
